End-User License Agreement (EULA) of NowFreeSMS.com
IMPORTANT:
This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between End User (Member or Guest) and NowFreeSMS.com which include computer software and online documentation (Product).
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Product, the Member or guest agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If the Member or guest does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use anything of NowFreeSMS.com.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE:
NowFreeSMS.com grants the Member or guest the right to use the Product under the following conditions :
1.1 Type of Product
The type of Product NowFreeSMS.com grants to the Member or guest in this EULA.
1.2 Type of computer
The type of computers the Member or guest may install the Product into:
(a) Standalone or client computer;
(b) Server computer;

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS:
•  The Member or guest may not copy, deliver, and distribute the Product without written permit from NowFreeSMS.com.
•  The Member or guest may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
•  The Member or guest may not sell, rent, or lease, resell, or otherwise transfer for value, the Product.
•  Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, NowFreeSMS.com may terminate this Agreement if the Member or guest fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In such event, the Member or guest must destroy all copies of the Product and all of its component parts.
•  NowFreeSMS.com do not give the Member or guest any notice in regards of the termination of contract with him/her/them(company) or stop him / her/them (company) in use the service of NowFreeSMS.com.

3. COPYRIGHT:
All the contents of NowFreeSMS.com are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND REMEDIES:
Notwithstanding any damages that the Member or Guest might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced above and all direct or general damages), the entire Liability to NowFreeSMS.com under any provision of this Agreement and the Member or Guest's exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to none. The foregoing limitations, exclusions and disclaimers shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, even if any remedy fails its essential purpose.
