NowFreeSMS.com reserves the right to screen messages, files, and all other contents that you may send to other Member and also regulate the number of your chat sessions in its sole discretion.

b> You shall not use any automated processes, including IRC Bots, Exec’s, CGI or any other programs/scripts to view content on or communicate/contact/respond/interact with NowFreeSMS.com and/or its Members.

c> You will not conduct any kind of monetary transaction with other members of NowFreeSMS.com. Any such transactions conducted will be solely at your risks and NowFreeSMS.com is not liable or responsible for anything whatsoever including but not limited for any kind of frauds.
